Hotel Santika Palu

The facilities, breakfast and rooms are what you would expect for the class of hotel in Indonesia, many other hotels are the same but what makes the Santika in Palu much better than those other hotels, even ones with more stars, are the staff. The staff are excellent, just the right balance of friendly and professional, familiar and polite, they really do what they can to make everything easier and your stay more pleasant. It is the staff who bring us back to The Santika every time we are in Palu. Oh and the view from the swimming Pool is pretty great too.

Despite the bad experience, the personal was very kind and sweet. They all are so friendly. So I enjoyed my stay even though. Great job 👌
